What wood do you use?
We work with a variety of hardwoods including walnut, cherry, maple, white oak, hickory, and sapele, chosen for durability and beauty. Each piece is finished with food-safe mineral oil and beeswax.

Is your finish food safe?
Yes — every piece is finished with a food-safe oil and wax blend, safe for direct contact with food and drink.

Will my piece look exactly like the photos?
Since every piece comes from natural wood, grain pattern and tone will vary slightly from piece to piece — that's part of the charm of handmade goods.

Orders & Shipping

Is this made to order or ready to ship?
Most items ship within a few business days. Some pieces, like personalized or made-to-order items, will note an estimated lead time on the product page.

How is my order packaged?
Every piece is carefully wrapped and boxed to arrive safely — we know these are pieces meant to last, so we take packaging seriously.
